Proposal

I present a concept — drawings, references, material studies — specific to your project. This is a working document, not a presentation. We refine it together.

Agreement

A formal commission agreement outlines scope, timeline, and payment milestones. A deposit confirms the project and secures studio time.

Making

Production takes place across specialist studios selected for the material and the work. I am involved with the process directly. You receive progress documentation throughout.

Delivery & installation

All works are packed and transported with care. I coordinate installation or work with approved local handlers, depending on site and scale.
